Whether for an individual or organization, this process results in a clear understanding of your current leadership status and leaves you with a comprehensive understanding of how to improve your leadership. This process may include interviews, questionnaires, observations and surveys.
Often paired with the leadership assessment, leadership coaching is one-on-one coaching in which Jackie helps her clients identify areas for leadership improvement and then keeps them accountable and guides them to implementation of actions that improve their leadership.
These workshops are tailored to meet the needs and goals of the attendees. The workshops range from one hour to multi-day, are interactive and challenge attendees to honestly evaluate their own leadership and commit to improvements. Workshops are great for leadership teams, conferences/events, current leaders, or up and coming leaders.
Sometimes workshops are better suited for the topic, audience, or to achieve the desired results. Jackie hosts workshops for all sizes of groups on a variety of leadership topics including: general leadership, the resilient leader, emotional intelligence, communication, leading teams, leading change, and more.
The feedback was incredible from last week. I had a supervisor tell me the workshop was the most
beneficial training she has had in her career!
“Your communication seminar was so well received by my team—thank you! Everyone took something valuable away from it, and it even sparked a little role-playing (and laughter) later that afternoon. Well done!”
“The Alpena Rotary Club recently hosted a membership recruitment event that was organized in large part by Club President, Jackie Krawczak. It was the best member recruiting event I’ve been a part of in my 33 years as a member of the club. Jackie puts great effort into planning, so whatever she is involved in is unique and memorable. Her creativity and ability to deliver is a winning combination for our club and I am certain for her business clients as well. Her leadership of our club has been outstanding!”
“I just wanted to say a BIG thank you. Your presentation was amazing, and you certainly had folks listening throughout. The content was great.”
“My team recently spent a day with Jackie working on strategy, teambuilding and problem solving. It was easily the best investment we have made as a company all year. I have to admit, I had pretty high expectations, and Jackie delivered in some really significant ways.”
“Jackie was a highlight at Alpena Community College recent administrative retreat. With guidance from staff, she built and delivered a highly engaging, informative, and customized exercise on workplace communication that had staff talking a week later about what they learned and enjoyed. She’s fun and gets to the point with real-world examples that resonate with busy workplace professionals. I could not recommend her work more highly.”
“After having a few days to reflect and visit some of our branches, I am happy to report that every single employee that I’ve spoken with had nothing but excellent things to say about you and your workshop—they are feeling motivated to improve their emotional intelligence!”Specific comments from attendees:
- Jackie was comfortable on the stage presenting, she didn’t need a microphone!
